White “Matt” Xie is the CFO of Surrogacy Concierge. Mr. Xie graduated from UC San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and received his Juris Doctor and Masters of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law.  During his time at Pepperdine Law, Matt served as the Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and the Public Relations Chair of the National Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.  Matt is licensed to practice in California and has experiences in a multitude of areas of law and mediation.
